The Lion of Gaza

The Lion that lives in me

thirsts with passion

and unrivaled adventures to seek!

Tired of the monotonous beat of the drum

roaring with a thunderous cry

he refuses to follow suit

of those who've carved their marks in pursuit!

This lion cannot be tamed

a thousand deaths he has endured!

His heart is gold and scarred with hope

he ventures roads too hard to take

for others in his kingdom to even contemplate!

This Lion knows for he fears not

a million battles he has fought!

He's learned to live with friend or foe

dispenses mercy without fault

He's been injured many times

but refrains from vengeance often times!

His weakness lies beneath his skin

so full of love that lies within!

In all the jungles of the world

his roar is heard as he grows bold

nor age, nor fear, nor thought alike

to those who battle by his side!

This Lion knows that there's a way

when danger is present every day

he lives, he roars, he walks with pride

a humble soul in paradise!

There's much to walk and much to see

a brand new Universe he foresees!

The seeds are sown

the light has shone

and what it is can be undone

if not to change what's in the past

but to reinvent a life that lasts!

At every turn I take I'm reminded that what drives my spirit is an insatiable amount of enthusiasm and a vision to transform the world, as we know it.

You might think that this is an impossible task, but I think not. It is very much attainable.

I invite you to see the world around you through a different lens, to envision that you, as an individual, can accomplish incredible things to benefit humanity, the animal world and our beloved Mother Earth.

You don't need to get anyone's permission to do it. IMAGINE! WE ALL ARE THE LIVING EARTH.

Mermaid

MERMAID

A STORY OF THE AGES

a legend IN THE WATERS

FROM FANTASY TO LORE

his dwelling is THE DEPTHS

unfathomable to imagine

we think with tales of wonder

but when the mermaid sees the surface

it's darkened by the thunder

he sees the story of us

we hunt his kind all over

to feed our thirst for more

for the mermaid

An ancient PATH was chosen

Within the blue He'd find his home

ITS vastness his realm, his paradise

HIS world safe and beyond

HE glides THE waves WITH THE MASTERS

BECAUSE HE’S lived among THEM ALL ALONG

IF NOT FOR MAN ON THE SURFACE

WITH HIS INSATIABLE THIRST TO DESTROY

FOR BLACK GOLD man INJURES

AND FILLS THE mermaid's SANCTUARY WITH NOISE

FROM THE DEPTHS A TALE OF SORROW

when THE TIDES FLOW OUT WITH RED

A STORY OF TWO FRIENDS AND THEIR JOURNEY

WHALE AND MERMAID MEET THEIR DEATH.

BEAUTIFUL

BEAUTIFUL

An Angel’s whisper blew with the wind

To carry a message sent by him

It proclaims that as you arrived

The Lord embraced you with happiness and smiled

It announces that you came home to Heaven’s light

Because you fulfilled the promise you made

Just before you left his side

To keep your heart shinning here on Earth forever bright

And to love all who shared your presence with all your might

He says your task on Earth, however brief

Was to love and smile because you were his gift

And to those who loved you and enjoyed your life

He thanks them forever for loving his child

And he says that one day in the future, somewhere in time

You’ll be reunited and to hold on tight

And that in case they miss the bliss of your precious smile

To open their hearts with wonder to the miracle of life

Because you are a sunny sky, flowers that bloom,

The sun that shines, the mountains on all continents,

The meadows on all lands,

The rivers that flow to the oceans, the rain on a stormy night

The gentle breeze that blows everywhere

With the essence of your loving heart

And thanks all for appreciating your beauty

And says he’ll keep you safe, loving you forever

And twinkling in the sky

Always to shine with love, ever so bright

You'll stay Beautiful now, before and for ever more

God needed his treasured Angel safe with him

And hopes all who loved you will understand!
